This will involve improvements in vaccination and disease control through a strengthened veterinary department, movement controls, and investments in livestock breeding, range improvements, and marketing infrastructure to raise the quality, quantity and value of processed meat animals that Kenya can export. Kenya’s milk exports will also benefit from enhanced disease control measures in the highlands.
