Programmes towards the enhancement of ICT education and training will be tailored to address the following objectives: develop institutional ICT policies and strategic plans, strengthen ICT human capacity. The sector will scale up resource mobilisation towards establishment of e-school programme. This programme is expected to increase the number of education institutions with proper ICT resources/facilities for effective delivery of education content in the Digital and Knowledge Economy. With regard to Special Needs education, assistive technology (adaptive, assistive and rehabilitative devices) will be provided to enhance their ability to interact with other learners.
