An interactive LMIS will be developed to enable storage, access, retrieval, and interrogation of data on various facets of human resource planning, development
and employment. The existing public employment services framework will be expanded and strengthened while utilizing the proposed county industrial training and attachment offices to provide the institutional basis for the system.
