- To improve on governance, the following systems will be developed:
- Pensions Management Information System (PMIS);
- a Company Registry and e-voting; digitised court recording;
- Geographic Information System (GIS);
- digitisation of archival resources at the Kenya National Archives;
- Land Registry System;
- Electronic Banking Systems,
- District Management Information System (DMIS) and
- Integrated Population Registration System (IPRS).
