The Ministries of Devolution and Planning, and Land Urban Development, and the TA will be facilitated to develop initial
five-year County Integrated Development Plans; ten-year County Sectoral Plans; County, Urban Areas and Cities Spatial Plans; strategic plans and resource mapping during the transitional period.
