BPO Incentive Framework A comprehensive set of incentives will be designed and implemented to improve the attractiveness of Kenya as a BPO destination and to encourage investments in this field. This therefore calls for the development of related incentive framework. The framework will define the kind of incentives to be offered to the BPO sector, the stages of the application of the incentives, and the period in which it is to be offered. One such incentive that is already in place is the subsidization of bandwidth costs through financing from the World Bank.
