A complete set of tender documents may be obtained in hard copy by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KES 1,000 in cash payable to Kenya Vision 2030 Delivery Secretariat. The document can also be viewed and downloaded free of charge from www.vision2030.go.ke.
