Kenya Vision 2030 Delivery Secretariat (VDS) is a Semi-Autonomous Government Agency (SAGA) whose primary mandate is spearheading the implementation of the Country’s development blueprint and strategy towards making Kenya a newly industrializing upper middle-income Country by the year 2030.
