The Financial Year (FY) 2023/24 Kenya Vision 2030 Flagship Programmes and Projects Progress Report provides the first full-year assessment under the Fourth Medium-Term Plan (MTP IV), aligned to the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA). Overall, the country registered notable progress across the Economic, Social, Political Pillars as well as the Enablers, despite continued fiscal pressures and implementation bottlenecks. The economy remained resilient, with real GDP growth increasing to 5.6 percent in 2023 from 4.9 percent in 2022, supported largely by recovery in agriculture, services, infrastructure development and public sector.
